We’re Amanda and Jordan, a married team of trauma-attuned therapists. We're both children of Black Caribbean immigrants, shaped by childhood experiences of emotional invisibility.
We know how lonely it can feel to carry emotions that were never acknowledged. We also know what it means to reclaim your story, your truth, and your full self.
