Supervision

Are you a therapist looking for guidance in your clinical work?

Much like therapy, seeking support for your clinical practice can feel vulnerable and bring up fears of being misunderstood or judged. We get it! That’s why our supervisor-supervisee dynamic is anchored in care, collaboration, and accountability – all in service of your ability to thrive while you support those who seek your services.

Topics we might explore in a supervision session:

Case consultations

Safe & effective use of self

Vicarious trauma & burnout

Clarifying your niche and career goals

Therapeutic modalities

Ethical concerns

Self-care & community care

Amanda, a Black woman therapist with a warm, gentle presence, holding a mug and looking at the camera with a soft, curious gaze
Jordan, a Black therapist, actively participates with enthusiasm during a dramatized online clinical supervision session.

Our approach to supervision is rooted in anti-racist, feminist, strengths-based, and trauma-informed frameworks, and is informed by the clinical approaches that guide our client work. These include: Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and somatic and polyvagal therapies.

We’re committed to providing quality care and ethical services that align with the practice standards of CRPO and OCSWSSW.

  • We offer clinical supervision and consultation to Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers who are in their first five years of practice.

  • Supervision involves an ongoing professional relationship and evaluation of progress towards your professional goals.

Meanwhile, a consultation is non-evaluative and may be booked as needed without any expectation of continuity.

  • Amanda and Jordan both meet the clinical supervisor criteria for CRPO and OCSWSSW.

  • The cost for a 60-minute individual supervision/consultation session is $130 + HST.

  • We are unable to offer clinical supervision and consultation to student interns as we do not have a practicum program.
