We use a blend of approaches that help you connect compassionately with yourself, your emotions, and your body. These include: Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic (Sensorimotor) Psychotherapy, and Brainspotting.
Expect your therapist to be a curious witness and compassionate guide, who offers observations, insights and a safe space for you to feel and express.
What we don’t do is offer tips and tricks to try to bypass or “control” your emotions.

The emotional safety you feel with your therapist is the main ingredient for the healing work that follows. To make sure we’re a good match, we’ll start off with a free 20-30 minute call where you can share your challenges and hopes, and ask us anything you're curious about.
We’ll give you our honest take on whether it feels like a good match. And then, you’re free to decide whether you’d like to work together or not. No pressure! -
Our rate is $160 per 60-minute session (no HST)

Many insurance providers cover the cost of psychotherapy services. We encourage you to confirm whether your coverage includes services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker.
We don't offer direct billing with insurance companies. This means that you would pay for each session upfront and then submit a receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. -
Before our first session, we'll ask you to fill out an Intake Form & Service Agreement, which helps us get to know you better and allows you to give consent for our services. In our first session, we'll go over this intake form, identify your main concerns and goals, and aim to give you something to walk away with – whether it's an experiential practice, a new perspective, or a glimmer of hope.
-
This is all on your terms. We will have regular check-ins around your progress and goals, but your involvement in therapy is always voluntary, and you're free to wrap things up whenever you choose.
Whether you're aiming for a specific goal in a shorter time (e.g. 6-12 sessions) or looking for longer-term support for your overall well-being, we’ll journey with you for as long as it’s helpful towards your personal goals.
