Most folks find it helpful to book sessions weekly or biweekly —to create a strong foundation and momentum for the changes you want to see— and then later shift to once every 3-4 weeks. The frequency of your sessions is completely flexible to accommodate your needs, schedule and financial considerations.

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer available openings to other clients who would like to book.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged at 50% of the regular rate.
Appointments missed without prior communication are charged at the full rate to honour the time that was set aside.

We’re licensed to provide psychotherapy services to Ontario residents only.
If you live outside of Ontario and are looking for a therapist, we recommend searching for a provider in your area on Healing in Colour or Psychology Today.

Our rate is $160 per 60-minute session (no HST)

We’ll start out by getting clear on your goals and intentions for therapy, and then have regular checkpoints every few sessions to see what’s working, adjust what’s not, and celebrate the signs of your healing and evolution.

Therapy is a voluntary service, which means it can end whenever you’d like it to.
That said, our work with clients often wraps up when someone feels secure and resourced enough to meet life in a way that feels emotionally honest, empowered and loving.
